![]() ![]() ![]() Like the Moody Blues (A similar style band) BJH lost their deep and thoughful keyboard/Mellotron player Stuart Woolstenholme, he didnt like the eventual musical path they were taking so he quit. I think up to the album XII their output was excellent, but Ive not liked anything since then. ![]() They had several early albums on the Harvest EMI label but later changed to POlydor which is the home to their biggest sellers. They were classed as Prog, although imo Prog Lite would be my description, pastoral even. They lived up the road from me in the 70's and I always took a bit of an interest because of that. Probably the most ignored band of all time, a sack full of albums but never made it in the States, barely made it in their native UK. There are some very old threads which are now locked so I thought a new one was in order. ![]()
